Meet Joe
Joe Marini is the hub for everything real estate, focusing on assisting his clients to buy, sell, and invest. Joe’s focus is single families, though he also assists his entrepreneurial and investor clients with multi-family, medical, retail, office, and industrial properties. Having a multi-disciplinary real estate toolset gives Joe evolving skills and a bird’s eye view of the rapidly changing, interconnected real estate market. Joe’s strong background in construction started when he grew up and integrated into a family-run construction business. Today Joe Marini combines his innate construction business background with the mindset of an analytical doer to give his clients a certain road to prosperity.
Before becoming a REALTOR, Joe mainly focused on his community through medicine and research. His favorite medical organizations include the Carroll Center for the Blind, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and Joslin Diabetes Center.
Joe’s former professional roles include being a student doctor, published researcher, and volunteer for the blind. Additionally, Joe pursued real estate and business studies at the Isenberg School of Management with the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Commonwealth Honors College. His integrity, attentiveness, and detail-oriented service to his clients are deeply influenced by his forever grateful medical and research experiences.
Joe is a part of the coveted Urban Land Institute (ULI) council member for the ULI Boston Urban Development Council, giving back to his community through real estate. Joe maintains the following designations and, or memberships to Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialists® (SRES®), Green, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors®.
Joe’s favorite free-time pursuits include exercising, kayaking, public service with radio communications, and landscape photography.
